Went for a repair under insurance. Guys were super nice and helpful. And did my repair super fast. Though I assume it was not that busy at the time. They also have great used phones for a decent price!! Might buy my next phone though them.

DO NOT USE THEM!! Irreputable scammers! I brought my iPhone 11 Pro here to replace my broken screen, and while I knew that they weren't using Apple parts, I didn't realize they were 100% incompetent. My replaced screen stopped working 2 days after getting it back; it went completely black. I took the phone back and asked for a refund and was told no. I brought the phone to Apple to have it replaced and was shown a broken logic board (see photo) and was told when CPR Cell Phone Repair replaced my screen, they ruined the entire phone; the cost of fixing it is more expensive than buying a new iPhone. I could not be more dissatisfied or upset that they ruined my phone and wouldn't refund me after 2 days, for something that was totally their fault. Don't waste your time or money with these people!
