Attached is the photo sent to print and the picture given to us. I’ve ordered it three separate times now because it keeps printing incredibly dark. I am happy with an outdoor banner I got printed, but I won’t be ordering any pictures from staples anymore unfortunately.

I've always had great customer service here. Helpful, kind, informative employees are what really makes the difference here over other electronic/business supply places. Zach in particular was very kind and helpful today when I was buying a very specific keyboard for work.

Honestly, what kind of commission are these people promised that they would pitch to me about a phone plan after I had said I was there because my charger was lost at the hospital where my daughter was in emergency all weekend. I told the guy in IT who offered to help why i was there... i had to get a charger so not to loose contact with her and the guy literally started trying to sell me a phone plan asking where i got my phone...how much i am paying per month. He seemed offended when i let him know I was not in the mood for a sales pitch; the last thing i needed at the time was that.

Great store. Staples corporate is in need of some professionalism though. They forget the value of proofreading in regard to their signage for their ballpoint pens.

I was in the store in Boxing Day and the store was not busy whatsoever. I saw two employees in black shirts, not sure what the shirt colour difference is from red but I can only assume manager or supervisor. They were both standing around chatting while I was attempting to find someone to help me. Nobody approached me until I went and asked one of the two employees for help. I was told the product I was looking for wasn’t sold in store. After telling him that it said they had them according to online, I was then immediately told “well we have them they are just sold out.” Without even checking their system I was dismissed and took my business to London Drugs. The store has gone severely downhill service wise since Doug left. Won’t be returning.
